Here are some frequently asked questions we receive quite often from a bride or a groom whenever they inquire about our wedding photography services. Please note that we do not just photograph weddings in Jacksonville and St. Augustine…we are available for travel as well.

Q: If we hire you to photography our wedding, how many photos do you normally give the client?
A: Recently, we have been averaging between 1200-2000 edited and ready to print photos.

Q: How many photographers do we get to cover our wedding?
A: You always get 2 (husband & wife team) but depending on the size of the wedding and the location(s), we may bring an additional highly talented photographer as well. Having multiple photographers really makes a huge difference in capturing all the moments from the wedding and allows us to be in multiple places at the same time. We also have a lighting assistant as well.

Q: How early do you normally arrive to the wedding?
A: We arrive 2 hours prior to the wedding ceremony, unless you don’t want getting ready photos.

Q: How long will you be there covering the wedding?
A: 8 hours is our standard wedding day coverage but we have custom packages as well.

Q: Will all the photos be edited and how long does it take to receive all the photos?
A: Yes, they are all edited and turn around time is usually 2-4 weeks.

Q: Do we get a copyright release so we can print the photos?
A: Absolutely! You can print your photos wherever you like.

Q: Do we get an online gallery to share with family and friends?
A: Yes, an online gallery of all your wedding photos is included at no extra charge.

Q: Do you have any recent reviews or references?
A: Yes, maintain a 5 star rating. Please check out The Knot or WeddingWire. We can also give you numerous recent clients references. You can also check out our TESTIMONIALS page as well.

Q: How long do you keep the photos in case we need another copy?
A: We have an offsite digital archive system and we try to retain your photos forever.

Q: Do you photograph destination weddings?
A: We only cover all over Florida and South Georgia.

Q: You guys do use professional camera equipment, don’t you?
A: Of course! We wouldn’t trust anything less and we want the very best images for you.

Q: Do you have backup camera equipment in case something fails at the wedding?
A: Yes, we use (4) high end professional digital cameras with high end lenses as well. We also have 8+ high end flashes, plus tons of other professional equipment that always come with us to your wedding.

Q: How much does your wedding photography packages cost?
A: A lot less than you think and you definitely get a lot more than your money’s worth. Every wedding is unique and that’s why we don’t have a set price since we often custom build packages, which in turn saves you money.
